If you wish to transfer your domain name to Inet Corp or from Inet corp you must:
- email us with authorization to transfer the domain name from the email address that is listed on the domain name(s) account to be transferred.
- We will send an email back to that account requesting confirmation that the transfer is authorized.
- You must return an email address to us stating that the transfer is authorized and provide to us on the form we have emailed you the new dns, authorizing email address, owners; name address and phone.
- We will then send an email the new owner asking permission to transfer the domain to said person and provide said person with the same form we sent to the original owner. If the forms (yours and the new owners), with the exception of the dns, match we will transfer the domain.
You accept and understand that these emails are binding authorization from you to transfer the domain and if you or any one else knowing or having control over your controlling email address send the emails as described above that any transfers are binding and will be assumed to be authorized by you and you specifically hold us harmless for any such transfers and specifically indemnify us for any costs or damages from doing such a transfer including, but not limited to attorny's fees, court costs, damages, etc.
We will also transfer domains if we are ordered to by a Court Order or by a binding dispute resolution body.
We will not transfer a domain is:
- We think the request has been instituted fraudulently. This decision shall be ours alone.
- If such a transfer is in violation of the Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy
- There is a pending bankruptcy in the domain name holder's name
- There is a court Order to that effect
- There is a dispute over the ownership of the domain
